Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Stellium is a product of NorthFlow LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean NorthFlow LLC. "You" means anyone who visits meetstellium.com or joins the Stellium waitlist.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers meetstellium.com and the Stellium waitlist. It does not cover the Stellium software product, which has not launched. When Stellium becomes available, we will publish a separate policy covering the data handled inside the product, and we will tell you before any information you have already given us is used under different terms.

3. What we collect

Information you give us. When you join the waitlist you give us your email address. If we ask optional questions about your business, such as revenue stage or the type of work you do, we collect your answers to those as well. Every one of those questions is optional and the waitlist works without them.

Information collected automatically. Our website host records standard technical information when you load a page. That includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the site that referred you.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your financial account information, account numbers, tax identification numbers, or any documents about your business finances. Do not send these to us. If you send them anyway, we will delete them. The cash flow calculator on our page runs only in your browser. The numbers you type into it are never sent to us or saved.

4. Why we use it

We use what we collect to:

• Add you to the Stellium waitlist and confirm you are on it
• Send you updates about Stellium's development, early access, and launch
• Answer you when you write to us
• Understand which pages and sources bring people to the waitlist
• Decide what to build first, based on what waitlist members tell us they need
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Who we share it with

We share information with the vendors that run our operations, and only so they can do that work. Today that means:

• Customer.io, which stores the waitlist and sends our email
• Our website host
• Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where relevant

We may disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or if we need to protect the rights or safety of any person. If NorthFlow LLC is acquired or merges with another business, waitlist information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade our waitlist.

6. Cookies and similar technology

Our site uses cookies that keep the page working correctly and cookies that count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may change how parts of the page behave.

We honor Global Privacy Control and other browser-level opt-out signals where our platforms support them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until we decide the waitlist has served its purpose, whichever comes first. If Stellium launches and you become a customer, your information moves to the product privacy policy in effect at that time. If Stellium does not launch, we will delete the waitlist within ninety days of telling you so.

8. Your choices

Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Using it removes you from the waitlist.

Ask us directly. Write to hello@meetstellium.com and we will:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Send you a copy of it
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it

We will respond within thirty days. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Colorado's Privacy Act and California's Consumer Privacy Act give residents of those states these rights once a business reaches a certain size. NorthFlow LLC is below those thresholds. We are extending the rights anyway because you should have them regardless of how large we are.

To verify a request, we will ask you to write from the email address on the waitlist. If we cannot verify that you are the person the information belongs to, we will decline the request and tell you why.

9. Security

We use vendors that encrypt data in transit and at rest, we require multi-factor authentication on the accounts that hold waitlist information, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is safe from interception.

10. Children

Stellium is built for people running businesses and the site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, write to hello@meetstellium.com and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

We operate in the United States and store information here. If you join the waitlist from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law differs from the law where you live. Joining the waitlist means you understand and accept that transfer.

If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, our legal basis for sending you Stellium updates is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link. Our legal basis for the technical information our host records is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

12. Changes

We will update this policy as Stellium develops. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will email waitlist members before it takes effect.
