Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and NorthFlow LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Stellium. Using meetstellium.com or joining the Stellium waitlist means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What this site is right now

meetstellium.com is an informational page and a waitlist signup. Stellium is in development. No software, subscription, or service is being sold or delivered through this site today. Nothing here is an offer to sell anything.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means you have asked to hear from us. It does not create a customer relationship, reserve a place in line, or entitle you to anything.

We may:

• Change what Stellium does, how it is priced, and when it becomes available
• Offer access to waitlist members in any order we choose, or to some members and not others
• Pause, close, or cancel the waitlist
• Decide not to build or release Stellium at all

None of that gives rise to a claim against us. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

4. This is not financial advice

Christine Walsh is a financial professional and Stellium is a financial tool. Neither fact changes the following, which matters and which you should read.

Nothing on meetstellium.com, in the Stellium waitlist emails, or in any material we publish is investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to take any financial action. NorthFlow LLC is not a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, a certified public accounting firm, or a law firm, and no content on this site creates an adviser relationship, a fiduciary duty, or a professional engagement of any kind.

Anything we publish is general education. It is not tailored to your business, your numbers, or your circumstances. Before you act on anything financial, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation. Every financial decision you make is yours, and the results are yours.

5. Email

Joining the waitlist means you agree to receive email from us about Stellium. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist.

6. What we own

The Stellium name, the content on this site, the copy, the images, the design, and the frameworks and methodologies described anywhere on it belong to NorthFlow LLC or to Christine Walsh and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other law.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, adapt, or use our content or frameworks in your own commercial material without our written permission.

7. What you may not do

Do not:

• Submit someone else's information, or false information, to the waitlist
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest the site
• Try to gain access to any part of our systems you were not given
• Interfere with the site or overload it
• Use the site to break any law
• Use the site or its content to build or market a competing product

We may remove you from the waitlist and block your access for any of these, without notice.

8. Links to other sites

The site may link to things we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. Their terms apply when you are there, not ours.

9. No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, and we do not promise the information on it is complete or current.

10. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NorthFlow LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or any other theory, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site or the waitlist will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only as far as that state's law allows.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless NorthFlow LLC and its members, officers, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and where disputes are heard

Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Routt County, Colorado, and you consent to those courts having jurisdiction over you.

14. Everything else

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and NorthFlow LLC about this site and the waitlist. You may not transfer your rights under them. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
